Uh, Oh For Real This Time!

Remember this project???? I only started it 8 months ago! How embarrassing that I haven't finished yet. The top half is done! And I would like to just make an announcement that as of tonight I will be starting the bottom half of the hutch. Thank you.

And then maybe when this is finally finished I just might finish the painting of my kitchen, my bedroom, and the office.

Then I could start the project of taking out the carpet in our bathrooms! Adding tile and painting.

And sometime in there it would probably be good to finish the hardwood floors in the hallways and add the shoe molding.

And when all that is said and done I would love to finish reupholstering that 2nd chair to match the first. See before and afters here. My living room decor might look a little better with two matching chairs!

Oh, and when all these projects are finished... it will be time to sell the house! Only two - three more years, and at the rate I do things, I better get started!

I have to laugh at this because you sound just like me. My husband says I have project A.D.D. As soon as I get something started, something else catches my eye and I'm off again leaving my current project undone. I got the brilliant idea to paint my 25 ft. ceiling house ALL BY MYSELF and it took me a year and a half! Not to mention my mom's piano that I started sanding with dreams of refinishing. That's why when we moved this summer, we had to go brand new. :( Ryan actually asked for a verbal commitment that I wouldn't ask to paint ANYTHING for 5 years. Good luck!

Wait a minute here! Are you finishing the hutch by yourself? Did you build it too ?! :)

Although you must be getting attached to your first home and Tenn. I'm looking forward to the moving part. I hope the moving brings you back to Vegas. Nora, misses Eden. Who probably can't even remember who she is.

Go Carolyn! You can do it!

After you finish all that, will you please redo my chair. It has 3 1/2 years of toddler food caked on it. It has gotten to the point where it doesn't even look good after I clean it.

I admire your ambition for all these home type projects! I couldn't dare dream of doing something of that nature, ever! You rock Carrow Bone Marrow!

Come to our house--our list is just as long. Homeowners. However I was wondering about that hutch. Can't wait until it's done!

I'm just impressed that you even took on such a huge project! Good for you!

And image how much buyers are going to LOVE you're cute home when it's time to sell it and move to RENO!!!

(They have really cute homes in Reno that you could work on......I already have some picked out for you!)

Carolyn,

You have my permission to go buy Eden and Ava a really large puppy and then you don't have to concern yourself with ever finishing a thing again.

Hey if you want to send any of that project energy my way feel free! I am SO good at starting projects, the hard part is getting my self to finish them. Actually let me rephrase that I'm so good at buying stuff for projects, I don't really start them...
