A Romantic Gesture

Melissa asked: What was your most romantic moment with Aaron?

Aaron did his undergrad at BYU. He minored in music. One of the classes he took was a song writing class. We were dating at the time. The final exam for the class was to write and preform a song at the class performance concert. I was sitting in the audience with Aaron's roommates. I remember him acting pretty nervous before he went up. This is his song...

Make sure your volume is up. The very first thing he says is what turned it into the "romantic moment". I made the song into a video format for this post, but it really is only the live performance. Aaron is playing the piano and singing.... and yes, you'll see I misspelled a word. What of it, I do that a lot.

I had Aaron's wedding band inscribed with the title of the song.

That is impressive. Blake made a song for me but the first line was "sweet smiling slicer of salame." A little different from Our life is beautiful.

I've never heard that song before! He should of played that at your wedding. Very romantic indeed and I love how it's so upbeat.
