Flower Bedding
This is our view out the breakfast nook window. My chickens have found a new napping spot during the day... on top of my "birthday" flowers I just planted (thanks Marlena, and uh sorry). I have chased them, scolded them, swatted their behinds. I don't know who is raising this bunch of disobedient punks, but they can be quite naughty.
Our brown one is for sure a rooster. We call him Roundy Rooster and he is Eden's favorite. It will be hard to let him go. Eden loves to put chicken feed in her hand and call for "Roundy Rooster" to come gobble it up, and he obeys her! I think he plays favorites!
It still is hard to tell if the black chicken, Henrietta, is a rooster or a hen. I wish you could see the white one, Petunia, she looks like an eagle and when she starts laying, her eggs will be blue!
Well, bok bok.

Those chickens are so funny. Feeding them is the best!
That is cute and funny about your chickens! Can't wait to see the blue eggs. Bok, bok (that means "post pictures")
You really have chickens? What do you do with them?
Heidi, We have chicken just for the fun of it, the girls love 'em and we will get to have their eggs everyday when they are old enough to laying around November.
