These girls are getting very excited for their sisters to finally arrive. Everyday one or both pretend to have twins in their belly. In these pictures, Eden is having the babes.
But the other day at dinner it was Ava (3) who announced she had two babies in her tummy. This was the family's conversation...
AVA: I have two babies in my tummy.
ME: Oh, what are they doing? Are they sleeping right now? (this is usually what she says they are doing)
AVA: No, they are reading books.
ME: Oh, well then! Those are some smart babies!
AVA: Yeah.
EDEN: They're just looking at the pictures!
AVA (agreeing with her older sister): Oh, right. They just look at pictures.
32 weeks pregnant with twins. (I'm measuring at 40+ weeks already)
I'm hoping I make it at least 36 weeks. That way the babies will be big enough to likely not need to be admitted into the NICU.
I have nothing to complain about though. We have been so blessed throughout this twin pregnancy. My doctor told me to stay off my feet as much as possible although I'm not on complete bedrest, but all the women at church treat me like I am! I am being so well taken care of. Everyday, someone takes the girls for a couple of hours so I can rest. That has been such a life saver for me! I don't sleep well at all during the night, and I am just so tired during the day. My stomach feels like it's being stretched to it's max - as if it is going to rip right open.
Names for the twins are still being tossed around. Boyfriend and I have a few that are major front runners, but nothing we are ready to announce yet.
Go ahead and offer your suggestions if you'd like.

Yay!! You are looking great... and I am so glad the girls are excited. I'm sure the anticipation is so high in your family, ward, etc... So glad to hear you are being taken care of. You need/deserve it!!

I had to laugh at Eden yesterday showing off her pregnant belly to me. And now that I see other pictures of the same thing it's even funnier. What cuties!
You look great! Let me know if we can help you guys when you're moving. We're an hour north of Denver. Really, I can watch your girls or Josh could help you move in - whatever you need!

Carolyn - You look great! I saw your comment on my blog the other day and holy cow - we are going to be in for quite an adventure. (Yours will be more adventurous because you have children and will be moving!!!!) I think I am not quite a week ahead of you because I am 34 weeks today. I love the pictures of your girls with pillows in their shirts. So adorable. My breathing is worse, along with those lovely swelling feet.
