We spent some time at our farmer's market.
Eden got to pick out a geode and then watch as it was split open. Super cool.P.S. Band-aids are the new fashion accessory.
Besides all the fantastic produce, we love to pick up comb honey!This hasn't even lasted us a day! We cut of chunks and chew it like gum, then spit out the wax. (did anyone just say "eeewwww" outloud?)
The comb is pretty amazing, I think. And I may or may not be researching the hobby of beekeeping...
I also love to pick out fresh flowers to bring home.
I made those canvases a few months ago. I got the idea from a blog of a blog of a blog. It's fabric stapled over canvas, then "gessoped" (Is that a word?). Next I traced an outline of the picture and painted around it. It's pretty folk-artsy and it REALLY WORRIES me that I LIKE that!!!

Those canvases are so stinking cute. I just turned one of our bedrooms into the playroom and was trying to come up with art for the wall. FOUND IT!!!
