Father's Day

Surprise! These pretties were growing in our yard. Thanks to the previous owner... boyfriend enjoyed flowers for Father's Day
I HAD to try out some of our red potatoes I planted this year. We doubted if we would be able to tell a difference between store bought and home grown when it came to potatoes... we could tell a difference! These were delicious!

Also, our first carrots! We roasted these, the potatoes, and four itty bitty beets from the garden. So yummy!!!
But Eden informed us she prefers them fresh and crispy.

During our visit to Vegas, Eden and I went with our cousins to the pottery shop. We picked out gifts to paint for our Daddos.
Eden was in her element here amongst all the paintbrushes, paints, and creativity going on.

The Gunnerson sisters painted a mug together for their daddo.

Miss Stella worked diligently on her gift.
Lucas wasn't fooling anyone, he really did have a good time.

I was instructed exactly what colors to use and where to place them.

We had to leave it at the store to be fired, but it arrived to us here in TN shiny and bright. Daddo loved his beautiful butterfly!

I am still a little sad that the tv was on and so Gavin and Eden couldn't play together.

I didn't know you had carrots? We have never been able to grow any and we've tried 2 or 3 years.
