Now that I'm a "crazy coupon lady"... I enjoy Sunday evenings when the kids are in bed, the dishes are done, and I can sort through my FOUR Sunday papers. I clip coupons, study the sale ads, and write down a game plan for the week.
This Sunday a certain two year old refused to sleep. She was bouncing herself and screaming out our names until finally boyfriend went in to see what the matter was. Next thing I know 'Miss Thang' comes prancing down the hallway with those tightly squinted eyes due to the bright living room lights. She totally knew she got away with something - getting to stay up late and hang out with her parents.
I put her to work helping me. There were a ton of expired coupons I needed to throw out and she was more than happy to assist me as I pulled them from my collection. After doing this for a while, we got so good - we didn't even have to look at each other anymore. Aaron captured the moment...

That second picture is too cute!
I love couponing! There's something I never thought I would say... I need to be more organized like you. That book looks really cool.
I need you to teach me how to be a coupon-er!
Priceless!
Do I see a binder? A binder especially for your coupons?! You are a pro couponer. My coupons always expired, so I've pretty much given up on that front. But maybe...you could write a blog tutorial on how to become a pro like yourself! And hey, if you ever do come across more Infusium gems, please do mail them to me. I would be willing to try and use them before they expired! :)
OH you really need to move here...we could coupon together and I could try to keep up while we "ran" together. And my little girl would be in heaven (boys all around her right now) Did I mention that my oldest is old enough to tend? And thanks for the different perspective....while I hate to run in the dark, tomorrow I will look for the sunrise!
great pictures! cutting coupons looks so difficult!
I love this story...and the sweet pics to go along with it...
I love coupons. I am sad for you that you don't have a CVS. Then you would really be a crazy couponer.
