Our church had a Christmas party last week and the real Santa Claus came for a visit! After he made his grand entrance, Santa took a seat up in the front of the room.
The MC announced, "Who ever would like to talk with Santa and sit on his lap, come on up here!"
I had to do a double take when I realized it was Eden racing up to the front, yelling "Santa, Santa", waving the Christmas list which she wrote up that morning. She bolted towards him, dodging other kids, and was the first one to him.
Dear Santa,
I would like please makeups and jewelries. Ava wants a train, but don't forget makeups and jewelries for her too.

Oh Carolyn, what a cute picture of you and Santa. I love the story of Eden dodging everyone and being first in line. Great going!! I hope she got everything on her list.
