There are several rules about raising children. Rule 628b(18) (I think) is "never let children use permanent markers").
It the tatoo world, those are referred to as "sleves." From what I gather, only the coolest people have them.She even looks like she has the attitude to pull it off.
love the little dab of red on the lips. I think she looks happy she just got her picture taken and not in big trouble.

I love how her hair is still perfectly coiffed, after only a few attempts at full coloring she moved on to the dots, and how she may now be recommending you take naps daily.
