You know the South is a strange place...

When someone refers to this as a "buggy".

"What", I said. "I don't understand you." I kind of like saying that to people these days.

I like when people refer to a purse as a pocket book. What? your carrying a book? In you pocket?

In North Carolina I noticed they call all soda Pepsi. "Would you like some Pepsi?" "Yes, please" "What flavor?" "Huh?" "What flavor Pepsi you want? Root beer, sprite, coke?"

Don't worry Carolyn, after a few more kids, you get used to having no idea what's going on around you!

That makes a cart sound like so much fun. Maybe I'll start using it now. Gotta cheer up my weekly stop to the grocery store some how.

Don't know you but I'm going to comment anyway. Cute blog. I agree on the buggy thing. I went to Georgia to visit my sister and I asked for a cart and they just stared at me as if I had come out of a spaceship and was speaking "alien"

Right. And I thought it was a stroller and they'd all just gone british and was very excited they gave you strollers at the grocery store until the grocery store dude pushed over a cart.

Haha that's funny. Everyone out here calls the purse, a pocketbook. I was so confused at first.

My grandma and mom call them pocketbooks too, that is what I grew up on. I like to say handbag now because it sounds really trendy. Is it Utah where they call all jeans Levi's? I can't remember. This is Jen Bunker again.
